Web orders for items in stock are available for
shipping within 24 to 48 hours from order receipt via three
options:
FedEx: Standard (3-5 business days)
FedEx: Two-Day Shipping (2 business days)
FedEx: One-Day Shipping (1 business day)
If you are ordering more than one watch different rates will
apply. Currently we only ship to the continental United States, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We
also cannot ship to a P.O. Box address.

TOYWATCH watches come in a chic clamshell, black pressed-leather
box with a black velvet interior and velvet watch pillow. The
clamshell box comes in a white glossy gift box with the TOYWATCH
logo on the top.

No, the plastic bands are not
interchangeable with the nylon bands. However, the nylon bands
are interchangeable with one another.

In general, all TOYWATCH styles are
designed to have an oversized look on the wrist, and all styles
can be worn by women and men. If you are looking for a style
that is not oversized, the Petite Collection is smaller than all
of the other collections.

The Chronograph has many parts, some move
constantly, others move only when activated, so it may look like
your watch is not working, but indeed it is. A Chronograph
consists of one main dial and three subdials or smaller dials.
There is a subdial located at the 3 o'clock position which
indicates military (24-hour) time. There is another subdial
located at the 6 o'clock position which is the seconds hand. The
seconds hand measures 60 seconds and moves constantly. At 9
o'clock there is a third subdial which is the stopwatch subdial.
The stopwatch hand is at the 12 o'clock position and has an
arrow at the top. The stopwatch is started by pressing the
button on the right side of the outside case at the 2 o'clock
position, once. The stopwatch will measure 60 minutes on the
stopwatch from the moment it is started. It is stopped by the
same button and reset by the button on the right side of the
outside case which is located at the 4 o'clock position. When
you reset the stopwatch, the stopwatch hand will reset at the 12
o'clock position.
